Recovering my thread

    Hello there,

    I previously had a very useful thread with the customer support team however, I can't seem to access it anymore and it had a lot of useful information.


    Any chance you could help me recover it?

    Log in to your account and access that link. It contains a list of all the tickets you posted.

    Hello,


    Unfortunately the link doesn't work for me, but I shall pose my questions again if that's okay.


    I want to make it so that my slot system on my jotform is functional, I previously tried it for an event but unfortunately the slots didn't update after each submission. I was told to upgrade to bronze plan and this could be helped with the assistance of one of your colleagues.

    My second question was to confirm whether it be possible for me to upgrade and downgrade without having to pay a whole years worth?

    I believe you are referring to this thread: https://www.jotform.com/answers/2783080-Ticket-Purchases-widget-Available-item-count-not-working where your queries were responded to.

    The thread is marked as Private - so you should be logged in to your JotForm account on the same browser to view the contents of the thread.

    Hi Gerard,


    I have posted what comes up when I try access it. When i click on the login button it doesn't allow me. I am already logged in nethertheless and still, it won't let me access the thread.

    Hello Sacha,

    Thank you for the additional details.


    Are you using your Gmail account to login and check it (S*****@gmail.com)?


    Otherwise, your issue will be solved by upgrading indeed as you are simply over the limit of what the free account plan allows you to do.

    Hello there,


    This is concerning my latest jotform: https://eu.jotform.com/build/203573553922356


    I had previously spoken to someone that helped me fix my slot system problem.


    I have just upgraded my plan, could you help me make it so that when someone goes on my jotform, they can select a slot, buy food etc... and then the slot will then appear with one less number so the next customer will see the correct amount of slots available for a specific time.


    E.g. I buy a burger and select 5.15 pm which currently has 5 slots, once the customer has submitted payment, the next customer will then only see 4 slots.


    Please help with this, i have now upgraded.
