    one of my order forms is not coming through to me with information that my customer inserted

    HI, my swim top order form is not working properly. My customer inserts all necessary measurements and information. The only thing that comes through to me is their name, address and date. The form prompts them to enter different measurements, color, fabric, etc and none of what they enter comes through on the order form. also it does not come through on the email notification to the customer. THank you, Lisa

    Hello lisapiano3625,

    When you edit your form's notification, it becomes dirty. That means after editing the notification alert, any fields/question you add in your form will not be added automatically in your notification and needs to be added manually.

    There are several questions in your notification email template which is not there in your form at all. You must have edited your notification alert and then changed your form completely. As you have edited your form's notification alert, it still has the old questions and field ids and also the new fields added in your form is also not in your notification alert.

    The most convenient way to solve this problem is to delete your notification/auto responder and add a new one. When you add a new notification alert, you will see that all question of your form will match with the notification fields.
