Account Suspended

    Hello

    Accept warm greetings from my end. I'm Dennis Burgos. I'm contacting you regarding my account which has been suspended.


    I do not know why it has been suspended but i will like to know so that i do the necessary adjustment/s to regain full access to my account.

    I did check your account and found that you it is currently suspended as our anti-phishing filter marked your form as spam. The issue was caused because of "Cash App" word you have added in email alerts and form. Please check the screenshot below:

    Please note that such keywords are not allowed to be used in email alerts of a free account and our anti-phishing system will automatically mark your forms as spam and suspend your account.

    We need to delete the "Cash App" text from your form before we can activate your account. Please confirm if we can delete the cash app texts from your form.
