Questions on upgrading my account

    Dear Support,

    I may be interested in upgrading my account, I have not used this form in quite a awhile, my first quest would be is my account active entirely ? I have no Idea what my password is.I did go ahead and created a sign up form, when I went to review it, it said form not find, that is when i assume my account may not be active, on the upgrade i would like to speak to someone about the upgrade,as I have questions about if it is possible to have 2 other user that can monitor the sign up forms as they come in on their email as well., what would the additional cost be. I am sign up with another company that does forms also where i was able to add these 2 people for additional $2 each person. I get one free up front. But I do like the way it was easy for me to set up the form .

    Also how do I save it so that I do lose it .

    As I have verified, your account is in Dormant state, which means that there were no activities on the account for a long period of time. I have reactivated the account and you can proceed with resetting the password using the forgot password link: How-to-reset-JotForm-account-password

     I have questions about if it is possible to have 2 other user that can monitor the sign up forms as they come in on their email as well., what would the additional cost be.

    The multiple users on an account feature are possible with the Enterprise Plans, please refer to this page: https://www.jotform.com/enterprise/faq/.

    However, the minimum users on the Enterprise are 5, if you have less than five users to monitor a form or an account, you can upgrade with the regular plans. Then you can share the Tables page to monitor the submissions on a form. Here are the guides on how to maximize other features in JotForm if you would need to collaborate with other users on an orgarnization:

    The Information you gave me was very helpful, I see the 50% sale that is going on, I was looking at the $9.50 per month to get that rate monthly do i have to pay the full year now? and how much more would it cost to add 2 or 3 more users? also I would like to add my form in a chat group not my website.

    there are some things on my sign up form that is mandatory is there something i can add to make sure that particular field is filled in before form is submitted?

    This is the Discount I am talking about, I was not able to upload the full flyer to show what is showing on my account that expires on 12/31/20

    My question is can I pay monthly the $9.50 or would i have to pay for the entire year?

    my second question is , how can I put the form I created in a chat for my team to access and fill out?

    third question is , Is it possible to make a field mandatory to answer before the submit button is allowed?

    I upgraded my account yesterday, I do not understand why is it saying I used 6 of 25 forms, My old account had 4 of 5 forms used. I did view a form to see how it looked to see if I wanted to use it, so I am not understanding why I am seeing 6 of 25 forms used.

    Also is it possible to import information from another form in (google form) to JotForm ?

    I think I am a little confused on how to send or add two people to assist me with the forms as they come in, or be able to see them also as they are completed.

    Hello,

    If you have forms that are of no use on your account, you can delete them.


    You can import data from Google Forms to Jotform by using our migration tool: https://www.jotform.com/google-forms-alternative/migrate/

    delete the forms that I am not using did not answer my question, My question was why is it showing i used 6 of 25 on the updated account, does this mean I only have 19 more forms to go ? if so that is not correct, because my previous account showed 4 of 5 and i am not sure how this works. please explain,

    I do not understand why is it saying I used 6 of 25 forms — You are on Bronze plan and Bronze users can have upto maximum of 25 forms. If you are on Free plan, your max form would be 5 only, but since you are on Bronze, it shows a maximum of 25 forms.

    So to be clear since I upgraded to the bronze technically I've only used or created 1 form (the sign up form) I've looked at 1 form only. and the other 4 forms came from the other account , so I am trying to make sure I understand that I have 24 forms left to create will that be correct, or am I charge because I looked at the medical form but did not use it.

    I am posting my question separately because when I did them together earlier they were overlooked, I'm sure not on purpose. Now that my sign up form is created I am confused on how to add help to assist me as the forms come in, to view and edit if necessary, it will be no more then 2 people.

    Hello,

    This is the total amount of forms existing on the account that counts.

    If you import 10 forms and your account plan says that you can have 25 forms maximum, you will have 15 forms left to create.


    If you look at them or not will not matter. If they exist on the account, they will count.
