Subscribed in May for a yearly plan but account asking me to upgrade

    Hi, hope you are well.


    We paid for a yearly subscription this year in may but when i logged in today im being asked to upgrade the account and its back on the free plan not the silver one, all our forms are not working whivh is really causing a lot of problems.

    The subscription was supposed to renew last December 13th, 2020, however, the charge has been declined by your card. This cause the account to be downgraded to FREE.

    I would suggest reaching out with your bank to check the transaction as to why the charge has been declined, or if you have a different card, you may update the account's billing credit card and re-upgrade to your preferred plan.

    maybe I'm missing something but we subscribed in may this year to silver, are we not supposed to renew in may next year? As you can see in the image below, we had a bronze subscription that was supposed to expire on 13/12 but we u[graded to silver before that on May 14th. Isn't our silver subscription supposed to be valid until May 2021?

    The May subscription was not for the whole year. It only assumed the remaining contract of the previous Bronze Yearly subscription.

    The Bronze Yearly subscription prior to May 2020 has been cancelled the day you upgraded to Silver, so the unused months for that plan has been returned to you(110.57 USD).

    Then, the amount you paid for last May 2020 is a pro-rated amount for the Silver Yearly subscription for the period of May 2020 to December 2020. As you can see, you were only charged 226.97 USD while the regular price for the whole year is 390 USD.
