Hi - I receive automatic emails whenever one of my clients submits a form. Can I add the email of my admin so we both receive these notices?

Yes, there is an option to add multiple recipients for the email notification in your form. The instructions on how you can do that can be found in this guide — Send-Notifications-to-Multiple-Recipients

I can confirm that your account is on the Bronze plan and you should be able to add additional recipients.
Please clear your browser cache and re-login into your account and check.
