I just created a support ticket, posted it on my blog and then did a tester.
How do i view it? It says on "my forms" i have one new update but i can't see it?

The reason is because your form is blank. It must have been accidentally deleted or something. Try re-creating your forms and do a test submit again to see if it works. Get back to us if problem still persists after doing the steps I mentioned.
