"Sorry! Only One Entry Allowed" error message when attempting to submit my form, unique submission enabled

    Hi,


    When attempting to submit my jot form I receive the following error message


    "Sorry! Only One Entry Allowed"


    Can you help me troubleshoot? Thank you for your time

    Hi Patric,

    You got this message because this form is set to use Unique Submission option in its settings.
