Correcting The Position of Embedded Form

Hi,
i created a card form, after embedding the form to my website, i'm unable to set the position of my form. Right now the form is showing lengthy. i want the form to start exactly where the text is starting in left column.

Can u please help me.

HI, the form is not aligned with text, there is a space on the top and bottom of the form which im unable to reduce either on iframe and on embed code script.

I've changed the height parameter to 385px in the iframe code.

I update the code but its still showing same. i cleared cache as well.I checked in incognito window of browser.

When I visited your website; I saw that the form works without any issue and there was no problem whit the layout of the form as unwanted space around the form. Please see the screencast below:

Thanks for your response. I checked the form in incognito window of browser again. The space issue is not fixed yet. The form is still not aligned with the text. I also checked in Firefox browser as well.
