    I have just completed two forms. One emails the input with the answers and one does not. What am I doing wrong on the second form?

    Please see the screen shot to observe the problem. I've gone over this several times and searched for answers in your various help info without finding an answer. Email from the form Rental Sales (with questions & answers) and Email from form (Rental Request) with Questions only!

    That is because you're using incorrect identifiers for your field values in the notification email setup:


    The correct value in this field is {fullName2} instead of {fullName}

    The easiest way to correct this is to delete and re-create your notification email. Re-creating it will automatically use the correct identifiers for your field values. Be sure to set up your recipient email properly though.
