Unhappy customer - account locked/restored and form I created no longer found

    good morning,

    I have had a bad experience with JotForm. I created a form for my color street nails. I posted on Facebook and each time a customer orders my account gets locked for phishing and have no access to my account. This has happened twice. Now that my account is once again restore, I am looking for my form and it tells me I have no forms created. What is going on with my account????

    As per checking, your account currently in good standing, and the form seems to be working currently.

    Could you please try checking the embedded form again and let us know if the issue persists?
