Can you help me diagnose why I'm getting "X FAILED" when trying to connect my form to our stripe account please?
I have connected many forms before with stripe with NO issues - but this one just fails with no visible explanation why?https://form.jotform.com/203616430414344

when I switched to LIVE mode - it connected!!!

We are glad to hear that you were able to connect your form in Live Mode.
I also tested the issue on a cloned form in Test mode, but I was not able to replicate it.
Maybe it was a temporary issue. If you want to test the form in Test Mode, please try it again.
