    We are not receiving an email when a jot form has been filled out

    Hi Powertown,

    As I check the email history log, I see that the emails are being sent without any issue from our end. Also, your email is not on our bounce list. Therefore, you should not have problems receiving emails from Jotform.


    Is the issue happening with any specific form or email address? Please check the following guide that can help you with troubleshooting email delivery issues.


    You can try to white list our domains and IPs if you have not received notifications after doing the solution mentioned in the guide above.
