Building a form for Clients to enter login credentials

Hi,

I am trying to build a form to use for clients to enter certain system login credentials and not sure how best to do this.

I've tried the input table and its just a bit clunky. Wondering if there is a widget or better field to build? here is what i'm needing.

Field 1 on the left is a drop down menu of available systems. Then next to it, login email field, password field, API key field and URL field.

Clients are going to have a variable number of systems and 1 might have ten systems and another 2.

Options?

Do you want to create a form for registration purposes by just collecting the data or a form to ask your clients for login credentials to continue filling the form? If the first is correct, you can create that just by asking for the user data. As you said the input table did not work for you, you may try with Fill in the blank element, Configurable List, or Matrix Dynamique.

If you want to create a login system, I am afraid you will not be able to do that. We don't have a widget to run the authentication process.

Please, try with these widgets and let us know how it goes.
