Upload Space

I received a message that I had exceeded my upload space. I deleted a couple of dozen submittals and I cleared the cached but the upload space has not reset? How can I reset it?

I checked your account and the upload storage space did reset, but our system did not activate your account. I activated the account. Please check again.
