How to collect email to give a free PDF download?

Hi there, I am trying to figure out if I'm in the right spot and this is the correct program. Can you tell me the steps to collect someone's email and then that lead them to a pdf download?

I think there are at least three ways to accomplish that.

1. You redirect your user to a link to download the PDF on the Thank You Page. Here is a helpful guide:

2. After your user submits the forms, an email can be sent with a link to finish the download.

3. You can also attach the PDF in the autoresponder email.
