Hello,
We use Stripe as our payment processor on many forms for many purposes. When I go to Stripe I see the payments we received with the name, email and amount. Sometimes there is additional info but not always so I don't know which form the payment came from and therefore I don't know what the payment was for.
When entering deposits into my accounting software (QuickBooks) I need to enter the name, the amount and what the purchase is for, based on the date of the bulk Stripe deposits for that day.
Is there a way for me to do a search of all of my submissions from all my forms using the name or email? I need a faster way of locating the individual form submission rather than going form by form.
Thanks for any help or advice:)
Tom

Hello,
Thank you for reaching out.
Unfortuna
You could either follow that guide, which allows you to combine the submissions in one table: https://www.jotform.com/help/1002-how-to-get-data-from-other-forms-in-jotform-tables
Or you could use the Combine Submissions app, which will combine directly your submissions together: https://eu.jotform.com/apps/combine-submissions
The last option would be to export all of your forms data into a CSV file and work it from Excel or similar: https://www.jotform.com/help/44-how-to-export-form-data-to-excel
