We are having some issues with our forms. We require our employees to fill out two forms every morning before working, but we are having some issues that sometimes prevent them from completing the forms. The first issue is that sometimes in the middle of the form a different screen pops up and exits the person out of the form (I’ve attached a screenshot of what this looks like).

. The employees have their own accounts and are using the forms under “assigned forms” I’m not sure if this information would help. Can you assist me in getting this resolved?

The first issue is that sometimes in the middle of the form, a different screen pops up and exits the person out of the form.

I have sent a test submission to the form, but I could not replicate the issue. I was able to submit the form without any issues. Could you please confirm that the users are filling out the form through the JotForm mobile app? If so, I would suggest updating the app to the latest version and see if that can help.

If the issue persists, please provide us with the device model and OS version so we can try to replicate the issue.

Since your form has many fields, I would also suggest enabling the Continue Forms Later feature so users can save their progress while filling out the form and go back to it at a later time.
