I just signed up for JotForm and testing functionality. I have a few questions in terms of capabilities.
- Do you offer a landing page where my users can pick their forms? It seems like there is a specific URL for each form but no where to find all forms for a end user.
- Is there a way to direct my forms to a specific location using a DNS name like forms.companyname.com?
- Does Jotforms allow for lookup value and auto population of fields depending on what has been selected?
Thanks.
Sheldon

Hello Sheldon,
1. Unfortunately, we do not have offer a landing page feature for forms. A workaround would be to create another form and use our Paragraph (text field) to list down the form.
Publish this form as your landing page.
2. We have this on our Enterprise system.

In our regular JotForm platform, you can only set a custom form URL:
https://www.jotform.com/help/261-how-to-create-a-custom-url-of-a-form
3. Are you referring to having a list and autopopulate fields based on a chosen option from that list? If yes, you can do this with conditional logic.
We also have our Spreadsheet To Form widget that can auto populate multiple fields based on a Unique Code.

I hope that answers your questions. Please contact us again if we can help in any way.
