    add a receipt / pdf to the email that gets sent to the form submitter?

    im not sure if im asking the same questions as " add attachment to autoresponder"

     

    im wanting to sell a ticket and a a generic pdf to the emaill that sends to the person that filled in the form.

    Hello caringbah,

    For security reasons, adding attachment in notification or auto responder email is not allowed. 

    If you want to send a generic pdf to your form submitter, what can be possibly done is:

    1. Upload this generic PDF in your server.

    2. Grab the URL of this file.

    3. Add this URL in your auto responder email template.

    When user submits your form, they will receive the auto responder email which will have link to the pdf file. One should clink on the link to download it.

     

    Another option is to add a {pdf-link} in your form auto responder, This will give you the dynamic pdf which will include the form submission data but unfortunately customizing this pdf will not be possible. You can add a PDF download link {pdf-link} to the email body:
