Campaign Monitor: Map all types of fields not just FullName and Email

This integration is very useful, thank you.
As per Obnex and Nick it doesn't seem that additional fields can be mapped to custom fields (e.g. organisation, phone number) in Campaign Monitor.
This would be a very welcome enhancement.

Thanks. Our developers are made aware to this already but unfortunately we do not have updates about this as of the moment.

By the way, if you're familiar with Zapier, you can integrate Jotform to Campaign Monitor there with more than 2 fields.
