submission table

    Hello,

    I am not able to see the product info or pic in the submitted submission form table. neither could i see the size.

    • Users were able to submit without making a product selection
    • user informed me that they paid using their credit card, but i am not able to see payment information.
    • I just had made a payment without even clicking anything, with zero amount. where does the payments made with debit cards go to?
    • Users should not be able to make payment without making a selction.

    Please change the 'Required' option to yes to prevent payment without selecting the product(s):

    Hi Shayeeo,

    Please advise which payment solution provider are you using.

    Please try to look up the transactions or orders placed by your user in your Paypal admin panel if you are using Paypal.

    If you cannot see these transactions in your Paypal account it could be very likely that your Paypal account is not properly linked to our Payment widget.

    I can see that you are currently on our Free Account. If you have a business PayPal account you may refer to these links for PayPal Checkout and PayPal Integration:

    How do i get to the part "question properties" section to be able to turn prevent payment without selection on? Does payments made with a debit card sent to Paypal as well?

    Here is how you open the "Question Properties"

    I use the PayPal business. I enabled debit/credit card payment since not everyone has a Paypal account. I asked where the payment made with the card goes since I was not asked to add my account details.

    Once you've PayPal business integration active in your form all the payments you receive through your form will go to your PayPal account including debit card payments.
