    Wishbox form not capturing the comments field

    The describe problem or suggestion field...

    This never comes through when someone submits a form.

    The only fields that do are Name email and screenshot, which isn't very helpful without the accompanying text!

    Hi,

    after checking your form I couldn't find the "screenshot" field, if you are having issues with the email notifications, It may be happening that you added new form fields after the email notifications was created thats why the new form fileds doesn't appears inside the email body, if this is the case please follow the next steps in order to delete and create the email notification again.

    Select "Setup & Embed" tab from your form builder.

    1 - Click on "Email Alerts" icon

    2 - Select your email notification, then click on "Delete Email" at the left-bottom of the windows

    once you deleted the actual notification, please click on "Email Alerts" again, then "Add New Email".

    make a test submission to see if the email alerts is working fine again with the new configured email notification

    Thanks for the detailed response but it's not to do with the email notifications as the 'Describe problem' field also doesn't appear when viewing Submissions or Reports.

     

    The form is present on my website www.bedford.ac.uk (blue link at the bottom right of every page - 'Feedback on our website')

    Thanks for reporting I was able to reproduced the problem on your Wishbox form.

    Could you please try to create another wishbox form and delete the default Comments/Textarea field? After that, replace it with a new one by editing your Wishbox form in the form builder.

    Example:

    If this doesn't help, let us know here so we can forward the problem to our developers.

    I have the same problem, but after editing the form, the feedback-button does not load the form anymore.

    Any hints?
