Hello,
I have 1 Form that I am working with and trying to get working correctly before signing up for a paid account. 1 thing that doesn't seem to be working correctly is the Notification emails when a form is submitted. The Auto Responder Email is working and sends an email to the user submitting the form but the Notification email that send to a distro group within my company does not get anything. Am I setting this up Correctly?

Thank you for reaching out.
I've checked your email logs, and everything looks good from our end.
Here are a few things you can try to troubleshoot the issue:
- Check if the email is in your spam/junk folder. If it's there, mark it as "not spam" so that it will not be flagged as spam in the future.
- Make sure that your email server/provider is not blocking the emails coming from JotForm. If this is the case with your emails, add JotForm to your whitelist.
- Set up your own SMTP.
