    Hi there!

    Would you mind elaborating your question?

    To my understanding you want to autofill a form which values came from the first form? If yes, you can check my colleagues reply here: http://www.jotform.com/answers/278951

    If I've misunderstood your question, let us know here.

    Regards!

    I cannot seem to open the link above. It seems to loop...

    Meantime, what I'd like to do is have the submitter select an option from a dropdown list of names. Based on that selection, I'd like to auto-fill a field with that person's email. I need to use the field in the auto-responder. Or can I add form logic to accomplish this?

    Thanks in advance for your insights.

    @cordovacouncil

    Thanks for the clarification.

    Please take a look at this example form if that is what you are looking for: https://www.jotform.com/form/32874270274861

    I was able to accomplish that by creating conditional logics (Sho/Hide a form field), that will show an email field with a default value according to the previous answer. So, I can say that's not an autofill method, however, it could fit your needs.

    Basically, the number of email fields is according to number of names of the dropdown list, in my example the names are 4, but I added one more email field to show empty, so they are  5 email fields:

    You can add the default email by clicking on each email field and then clicking on Default Value in the top:

    The first condition that will show the empty email field will be in this way:

    The second one, that will show the email field with the email of the first name of the dropdown list, is in this way:

    - Condition 3   - Condition 4    - Condition 5

    I hop this helps, however, I will be looking for a better solution and if found something I will notify you later. If you need further assistance don't hesitate to contact us.

    Thanks

    @rosevilletni

    Are you unable to open even the URL given by the system http://www.jotform.co/form/32874270274861? I got the same error when using the URL https://www.jotform.com/form/32874270274861 in private mode of my browser:

    Then I clicked on the URL http://www.jotform.co/form/32874270274861 given by the system and it opened the form just fine.

    Please use this http://www.jotform.co/form/32874270274861  link and let us know if you continue having this issue or use this one http://www.jotform.us/form/32874270274861 in case the previous one doesn't work.

    Let us know if you need further assistance.

    Thanks
