    I have checked the form I assume you are working on (Baltimore Jewish Community Covid-19 and Flu Testing Form FINAL) and it seems that you haven't set it up yet.

    You may refer to this guide so you may set up the PayPal Business payment field in your form.

    Have you tried connecting PayPal to your form? If not, please refer to the guide below.

    However, if you have already tried integrating PayPal with your form but it failed, could you please tell us the error message you have encountered? If you could send us a screenshot of the error, it is greatly appreciated.

    hi, here is what i am trying to do.
    there are three options.
    pay 10 and bill insurance
    pay 70 (no insurance)
    pay other and you choose the amount.
    i would also love to hold a credit card number if they choose bill
    insurance in case insurance wont pay.
    how do i set this up?

    Hi,
    This is not working for me.
    Is there any way you can go into my form and correct it? It is not started
    to be used yet so there is no personal information there.
    I need the following:
    People choose cash pay for a rapid test which is 70. They also can choose
    to pay 10 donation and also add copay.
    I need these to be added up at end and paid thru paypal.
    Isdue I am having is that the calculations at the end are totally
    distorted. It doesnt add all the above fields correctly.
