I am trying to build a form that will calculate the amount of leads that i enter

I have 9 lead providers that I would like to track the daily leads incoming. An at the end of the month see the total. Then I would like to compare that to the sold and get the closing ratio. I have tried the form calculator and this does not work. I have tried the input table as well. I can not get multiple lines to add up. Plus how can I track the month if I input daily? Please advise.

You can integrate your form with Google Sheets, so you can push your daily collected data from you from into a sheet and apply any calculations and formulas to that sheet to get any indicators on these timescales data.
