In the preview of the form, the first page is coming up really small in Smart PDF

One question for you - in the preview of the form, the first page is coming up really small. Is there an option for the client or viewer to expand the view to read the first page of the PDF before filling out the form?

Hello! Are you referring to the following screen?

If yes; then this is how it shows for all Smart PDF forms. This Introduction screen is just to give an idea of the form to the user. There is no option to change this size. But you can turn if off by unchecking "Show PDF thumbnail on the welcome page" from Form settings (as shown in the screenshot below).

This is what I was referring to yes. It's a shame that there is no way for the user to make it larger so they know what they are signing and why they are filling it out. I would like to recommend that this is an area for improvement by Jot Form.

Is there anyway for the client to properly read the PDF prior to filling it out? Can you suggest a solution?

I forwarded your issue to our Enterprise support so they can check it further. Yes, we can forward the request to our developers. Do you want an option to increase the size of the Preview PDF form before the user pushes the Start button? Is that correct?

I think I found a work around by inserting an image of the first page into the form. So I think my problem is now solved. Thank you,
