PDF attachment not showing images in the email

    I reported an issue yesterday that is still somewhat confusing and I need help on how to accomplish..

    I attached several pics to a page that when it is submitted the pics are not showing on the pdf emailed version only the other contents that was submitted on the page- see the jotformtest_122820

    Attaching the pics was completed and the docs were sent to the tenant to sign. she received the documents with the blue links for each pics showing under the browse field. Open the jotformtest2_1222820 file, then click on the tenant signature at the top- then the link to bring you to the original document created and completed before submitting for the tenant to sign.

    The issue is Jotformtest_122820 is what I receive after the tenant signed the document without the pics attached....jotformtest3_122820 is the version showing when I went into the pdf editor for this document- how is it that all the pics are already showing in the pdf editor version but not showing when the tenant submits their signed copy--I only receive the document without the pics (jotformtest_122820).

    Please submit a detail step by step on how I can have the pics come over on the final submitted copy

    It seems the issue is only happening when your form respondents receive the PDF attachment in your email.

    Unfortunately, I cannot replicate on a cloned version of your form.

    I have cleared your form cache.

    Can you please test your form and let us know how it goes?

    If the issue persists, can we test your form and add our email address in your notification email so that we can receive the PDF attachment ?

    I completed what you requested and the form came over with 2 attachments in email to me - 1 blank without pics and 1 with pics.

    This form also auto routes to a designated folder once the submit button is selected. When the form deposits to this folder- it is the form that shows without any of the pics. Unlike my email receipt where 2 forms shows 1 with no pics and 1 with the pics.

    As I stated before, I think the issue has to do with the check boxes under the email advance section for PDF attachment. Currently all boxes are checked. Before I informed jotform about this issue, none of these boxes were checked- but someone who assisted was not specific in what to do --since I was unaware of the function of those checks, I simply checked them both.

    You will find two PDF Reports, one that has the pics, and the other that does not have them:


    If you want the pictures to show on the PDF document called "PDF REPORT", simply add the field called "NOTE: If there are blue links below BROWSE FILES, click to see additional supporting attachments", which is the File Upload field.
