    Setting up e-mail alerts

    During the creation of a form I go to the email alert button. I can choose "Notification 1" or "Add New Email". Choosing either one, it takes me to a view that looks like a stamped letter, here I can place in an email address at the bottom right side. The next step allows me to test the email. When I select this it forwards an email notification to my default logon email that I signed up with JotForm.  How do i place an email address to go to another location?  Can I have the notification go to more than one email account?  No matter what I do it always goes to the default email account. Which I do not want it to.  

    I do not have this published to the website yet. See attached file which shows notification set up to default account email.

    Hello. Be advised that the test email button only sends a test mail to your primary email address.



    In order for you to test different emails you have to fill up the actual form and send it manually by clicking the submit button. You can use the Preview Button to submit your forms manually


    You may add multiple emails by putting comma , or a semicolon ; in between email addresses

    Oh thank you for the information. I hadn’t realized it sent that test mail only to the default address. I can get this to work then.
