Drop down link in my form wont open.

Asked by Royaume on October 14, 2013 at 01:23 PM

I have used the drop down option in my form. Unfortunately the drop down wont open to show all the information. How can I rectify this? You'll notice that if you click on Shop Safari or any of the other drop down links that follow, nothing happens. Please help.

    Thank you.

Your form is running fine on its own and the dropdown or the form-collapse field can show hidden items with no problem.

Please try to re-embed your form again and embed using the IFRAME method. This may help to renew the connection between your webpage and the JotForm server.

If the above does not work, please try cloning your form and re-embed using the same method.

Please let us know if this problem is not solved so we can further investigate on the issue. Thanks

Thank you for your help but none of these options have worked for me. And when I use the iFrame method, it worked but there are no scroll bars so the form isnt shown completely.

    Please help. Thank you.

    Hello Royaume,

Upon checking your form, I see that you have the hard coded value of your iFrame's height/width to 960/690.

You should change the height of your iframe. Here is the code which you can use:

    <iframe name="IFrame_hmsxdhly" id="IFrame_hmsxdhly" width="960" height="100%" src="//static.wix.com/html/8f0616_8553c897f769c4084d23a34bb9ed68b5.html"></iframe>

Have you uploaded the form's source code and then embedding it in your website? If you have not changed your form's source code, you should use your form's iFrame code code to embed your form.

Here is a guide which should help you grab your form's iFrame code:  http://www.jotform.com/help/148-Getting-the-Form-iFrame-Code

We also have a guide to help you embed your form in wix site. Please check this : http://www.jotform.com/help/70-Adding-a-form-to-Wix-Site

    Hope this helps you.

Do get back to us if you have any questions.

    Thank you!
