    Hi there!

Thank you for reaching out to us.

Hi, I believe I have a basic account with you. I am not sure how jotform works? I believe I have 2 forms with you.

I checked your account Jessicacuatrecasas and can confirm that you have only one form https://www.jotform.com/form/201544412624446.

When a new client sends a form back

Can you please elaborate on this? Do you mean when you receive a submission? Please give us more information so we can help you.

    Thanks.

Thank you for replying. I am wondering why I may need more than 5 forms and need to upgrade. I would only need this if a client sends me back a filled in form and this counts as another form that I must pay for, does it get stored with my account with you or not?

In a free account, you can create 5 forms.

When you share the link of the form to the user. They need to fill-up the form and submit it to collect the responses from them. Whenever a user submits the form it will count as one submission. Your account will be credited 100 submissions per month. On the first day of every month, the limits get refreshed.

All the submissions get stored in your account.

You may check the submissions in your account.
