How can I determine the number of survey submissions across all survey for a specific date range?

I need to determine the number of survey responses I've had across all surveys from January 1, 2020 to the current date. I don't need any information other than the name of the survey and the total number of survey submissions during that time period. How can I do this?

    Thanks!

    Hi,

JotForm table has a filter option based on a date range. You may use it.

However, if you want to see your entire various survey forms' submissions and filter them based on a certain date range, I think this is not yet possible.

I have created a feature request ticket and will be forwarding it to our backend team for possible implementation.

Please note that we can't give an ETA for when this will be implemented. Feature requests depend on the workloads of our developers and popularity among our users. But rest assured we will inform you via this thread once this feature becomes available.

    Thank you.

Is there any way currently to just get at basic usage data for the platform for my account? Even if I can't pull the date that specific submissions were made if I could just see the survey name, the date the survey was created and the total number of responses for the survey I could make that work. Is that possible? Perhaps some type of general usage report?

    Thank you.

    Hello runningj

You can get this general usage data using the Form Analytics tool:

    https://www.jotform.com/analytics/

On launch, right in the form selection list, you can see the name, date of creation and total submissions for each form:

I hope that was helpful. Let us know if you need any further assistance.

Yes - thanks for that, but what I'm trying to do is look at the number of submissions for all surveys. I need to see the date the survey was created and the total number of submissions associated with each survey. I have many surveys so looking at each one individually is not time efficient or practical.

I need to be able to get the following three variables:

    1. Survey Name
    2. Creation Date
    3. Total number of submissions

I need to do this for all the surveys I have in my account. Can this be done without looking at each one manually?

    Thank you.

    Hello runningj

I am not sure if I have understood your question correctly.

Could you clarify what you mean by a survey in this context, and how exactly you need them to be displayed?

If by a survey you mean a form from your account, like the 'FY 20 Native American Employment Plan Survey' form, or the 'FY 2021 Spring Semester Enrollment Survey' form, then you can check for each form all the three variables that you named, from a single screen, by using the Form Analytics tool, I've as mentioned above.

Let us know if I missed your point. We look forward to your reply.

Sorry for the confusion here. I'm familiar with looking at a specific survey through Form Analytics, but I want to be able to see all of them at one time. By survey I mean each item listed on the My Forms page. I have many there and I can see the name, creation date and number of submissions, but I need to pull these three variables for all "My Forms" at once instead of just looking at each one manually to get the info.

Does that help? Is it possible to do this?

    Thanks.

After some tests, I cannot seem to find any widget or app to help us meet your requirement. I, however, have already sent a feature request regarding your concern.

We can't give you an ETA as to when this request will be implemented but once we receive an update, we'll notify you immediately.

Thank you for understanding. If you have any other concerns, please let us know.
