Hello there,
This is concerning my latest jotform: https://eu.jotform.com/build/203573553922356
I had previously spoken to someone that helped me fix my slot system problem.
I have just upgraded my plan, could you help me make it so that when someone goes on my jotform, they can select a slot, buy food etc... and then the slot will then appear with one less number so the next customer will see the correct amount of slots available for a specific time.
E.g. I buy a burger and select 5.15 pm which currently has 5 slots, once the customer has submitted payment, the next customer will then only see 4 slots.
Please help with this, i have now upgraded.
Thanks ,
Sacha

I have checked your form and it seems you're using the Ticket Purchase widget.
Kindly try updating the widget for it to work.
Please give it a try and let us know how it goes.

Hello there,
I don't understand, I have updated the widget but you haven't provided me with an alternative for the existing settings?
Thanks,
Sacha

Hello Sacha - I just checked the form and it seems the Ticket Purchase widget has been properly configured. I believe that should work exactly what is intended.
To better illustrate, I tried cloning your form and made a test submission to it. After submission, I reloaded the form and it still shows 5 available slots for the time I previously selected. Here's the recorded video:
Now, after I update the widget in the builder as advised by my colleague, the ticket purchases widget now worked as intended. It now shows only 4 available slots:
Here's the form so you could also try: https://form.jotform.com/203635350422951

Hello there,
I don't doubt what your colleague suggested is the best solution! I Just don't understand the instructions provided!
Thanks,
Sacha

I understand. Here's how you can update the widget:
And that's it! No further actions required.
Please try that and try making a test submission to your form afterward. See if the ticket counters update after the submission.

Hello!
So what you're saying is after each client makes a submission, I should be updating the widget??
Thanks,
Sacha

So what you're saying is after each client makes a submission, I should be updating the widget? — No, you just need to update it once to refresh the widget. It's a possible caching issue and refreshing / updating should reconnect your widget.
Please try that and let us know how it goes.
