Form was suspended

Please help with this.

I run a magazine and the only submissions I get from people are emails to send their payments to and uploads of their stories. I'm a small magazine, not a business collecting credit card info, yet my account was suspended for suspected phishing. "I"pay authors! They don't give me anything but good stories.

Please let me know how to get this form back up and running.
