I was wondering if you can send your jot form to a group of clients via e-mail for them to fill out and return to you??

However, you may choose to distribute JotForm link via email. Every form created by users has their own unique JotForm URL in which you can easily distribute on any online means including email.
When they receive your email, only thing that they have to do is click the link and it will open on the default browser in the user's computer or device and they can start filling up your forms from there which is very similar on confirmation links when emailed to you.
If you need further help, feel free to post your inquiries. Thanks

In addition to my Colleague-Ardy's suggestion, here's the instruction on how you can put your form to the email that you are going to send to your users. But as per to Ardy's statement, it depends on the email providers and the scripts they support.
Here's the instruction on how to achieve that.
Kindly follow the steps below in embedding your form on your email.
In your form builder, under "Setup & Embed" tab, click "Embed Form"
and select "Source"
Copy the source code and click "Back" button
Now, Click "Email"
Enter the receiver's email and click "HTML" at the bottom.
Delete the containing message and paste the source code you have copied a while ago, then click "update
And hit the "Send Email" button.
Now your user will receive the email with the actual form as the message.
To check how it will look like, you can include your email address to be able to receive the form aswell.
Kindly let us know if you have further questions or inquiry.
Thank you for using JotForm. :)
