    Hi Nancy, 

    I'm sorry to hear that your business was burned down. 

    I was able to find the account Bigtopliquors, which has a Silver monthly subscription. Unfortunately, we can only refund the latest three payments, as JotForm is a subscription service and that is the limit of the payment processor.

    However, please note that a refund request must be made from the account email address, which is bi*********rs@g***l.com

    Considering that this thread is private, you will need to open a new one using that email address, so that we can process a refund.

    Hello Nancy,

    I have canceled the subscription and refunded the last three payments. You should receive the refund in 4-10 business days.

    Also, you have more than 60k submissions stored on your account. The downgrade has set the Total Submissions Storage limit of your account to 500. If you need them, you can export them at once in CSV format.
