Hi, I just downgraded to the free plan. We have several forms but nothing active at this time. I think we get 5 free forms and I'm assuming that mean 5 active forms, correct? Will I lose any of the data we have in Jotform with the free plan?

Free accounts can have 5 active forms. However, considering that you created your forms while you had a Bronze plan, they will all remain active, even when the account gets downgraded unless you disable them. If you disable them, you will not be able to re-activate them if you are over the Form Limit.

You will lose a lot of submissions because the Free accounts can store only 500 submissions. You currently have 1,085 submissions.

There will also be an issue with the Upload Storage Space. The limit for the Free account is 100 MB, and your current usage is 244.08 MB. When you go over this limit with a Free account, all of your forms will be disabled.

Please note that your account is scheduled for downgrade on 2021-01-01. Before it gets downgraded, you should download all data for a backup purpose. After that you can, delete submissions with uploads to reduce the usage and Free account ovelimit.
