I can't seem to scroll downwards when choosing a form template. I can see the first two or four forms, but none below.

I'm using a newish Mac Pro and Chrome. I'm a Bronze level account, user name olmhc.2017.

    Thanks!

Hello Jason - I tried replicating the issue on Chrome browser in Mac, but can't seem to reproduce it. I was able to scroll down in the templates page. Here's a recording of my test:

Would you mind sharing screencast as well on how it works on your end? You may try using LOOM to record your screen for free and share with us the link to the video here.

I understand, but I tried it again with Chrome but still cannot replicate it:

    While, here's for Opera:

Have you tried clearing each browser's cache? If not yet, please try doing so and see if it'll behave the same.

If it does, please grab a screenshot of the browser's console report and post it here. We may need to escalate it to our backend team for further investigation.

Please also provide the following information:

    Mac OS version you're using

versions of Chrome and Opera browsers

Chrome - Version 88.0.4324.50 (Official Build) beta (x86_64)
Problem is revealed in the console snapshot. See attached.

Hello Jason! Thank you for the screenshot. We do see a problem but for some reason we cannot replicate this at our end. But we have a similar problem reported here: https://www.jotform.com/answers/2756111

Can you tell us what screen resolution you're using?
We'll try to replicate this problem and escalate it to the Backend team.

    Awaiting your response.

    Thank you!
