Emails are still being sent to the old email address on file.

Hello upon checking your account you have many forms. Could you please provide us with the Form URLs involved so we can further investigate into the issue.
Please be advised that the Test Email Button will only send email tests to your primary email address that was used to register your account. This is only good to test the layout of the email template but not with the intention to test other email addresses.
In order for you to test different email addresses, you need to click the Preview Button and fill then submit the form manually.
