Send HIPAA compliant form for signature

Hi - I created a HIPAA compliant form to use as an invoice for medical supplies. When customers order via phone or email, I want to be able to fill out the invoice and email it to them for signature (I was going to send it to "edit", and they could sign and send back, but I'm now reading that the HIPAA compliant forms cannot be edited by anyone but form owner.

    What are my options?

You're right, it is only you who can edit the submission. What we can suggest is to prepopulate the form fields via URL parameters so the user will only have to sign it while the rest of the fields are prefilled. Guide: Prepopulating the fields to your JotForm via URL parameters. You can use the Prepopulate app so it is easier https://prepopulate.jotform.io/.

I guess I need a little help understanding the process. I fill out the invoice on my end, then what do I email the client? a link?
