Unable to access uploaded files via the links in the email

    When submitting an entry for our transformation challenge through Jott form, the email confirmation shows a link to the pics that are submitted but they do not work. I’m not familiar with Jott form so I’m not sure why (I am using the free version). I’m using the email above as my account.

    As checked, your account's Privacy Settings is enabled. This prevents you from viewing/downloading the uploaded files via the links in the email while you are logged out of your account.

    You may either login to your account when accessing the links.

    Or disable the Privacy settings via your account's settings page:
