My submission has not been transferred to my linked account

    Hello,

    I received a submission on December 22nd, but have not had it transferred to my linked Square account. I have had other submissions successfully transferred but not this one. Can you please look into why it hasn't transferred, and complete the process? The Transaction ID is JQasNY9gmISNjPObhRpcQzArRQBZY. Thank you so much.
