    I've tried adding the following code to a page to allow our user to change her submission in case of a typo, accidentally hitting Enter too early or other errors.

            <script type="text/javascript">
            document.write(" <iframe style=\"width:100%; height:1024px; border:none;\" src=\"http://www.jotform.us/form.php" + window.location.search + "\"></" +"iframe> ");
            </script>

    It's now giving me a 404 Error code.  I tried pasting this in the comments but it removed all of the javascript.

    I would suggest you to add an edit link to either the autoresponder or the confirmation page. Simply click on the Form Variable list and copy the variable {edit_link} to the Thank You Page
