Forms being processed multiple times.

    Hi,

    We are having issues with forms (and payment) being processed multiple times. Can you take a look to see why this would be happening? I have included the latest person this has happened to.

    Hi Jannake,

    I've checked our mailing records and it looks like both submissions have different timings.

    It seems your form is getting resubmitted due to which it got duplicated.

    Please try any one of the following methods to avoid resubmitting your form by the same user.
