I need to have a database in which one my team can search all the customer details

You can share your form details/data/submissions with your team as explained here: https://www.jotform.com/help/1010-how-to-share-your-jotform-tables-and-collaborate
Please note that your customer data from your forms are stored in the respective form's submission page which you can share with your team as shown above.
You may download the submissions as an Excel file and collate information - https://www.jotform.com/help/73-how-to-download-form-submissions-as-excelcsvpdf
Or you may combine the submissions from the forms and generate a CSV file from that.
