I want the multiple choices to always be checked.

To my understanding, you are looking to set all the options under all the multiple-choice fields in your form checked and your respondents would just have to uncheck the options that they do not want to be selected? If that is the case, you can select all the options under the multiple-choice fields in your form as default to meet your requirements.

If you do not want your respondents to make changes to the selected options, you can set the field as "read-only".
