Hi there - I did check your form and it seems your questions are already aligned to left.

Are you perhaps referring to something else? If so, kindly share some screenshots for us to better understand what you're trying to achieve.

Hi there, thank you for getting back to us.

You can go to the Form PDF editor and select the PDF document. Once you are on the PDF document, you then customize it to your preferred styling.

Hi Many thanks for this support - However I am not seeing what you are seeing

If I goto pdf editor it doesnt show the questions at all

On BOTH editor and builder it shows the header correct

but then on the ACTUAL PDF issued it reverts to std purtple top ?? I have attached all 3 images

also how do i get the 'labels' to be inside the text, so clients can overtype rathyer that showing underneath as when i tried to show as default value it didnt show anything - I want them to see the example, but it not be printed underneath when they have typed their info in.

on editoir i cant see any questions at all ?? but logo header is correct

On builder I can see questions and logo / header is correct

    1609337434_5fec8a5a5313e_pdf builder.jpg

see on actual pdf sent to me - it reverts to purple header with no logo ??

    and first line still indented

    Hi,

The first screenshot you shared is not the PDF Document. That is a fillable PDF form that you can add form fields and collect data just like the online webform. Please keep in mind that changes that you made to that fillable PDF form may affect the main web form.

For more information about the fillable PDF form, please visit this page: https://www.jotform.com/help/552-how-to-create-pdf-forms-with-pdf-editor

For the PDF document, please visit this page on how to create or edit it: https://www.jotform.com/blog/jotform-pdf-editor/
