Still need some help on a form.
I have the form where people can donate if they want to download a song, but the last representative used an offline payment method. Is there a way to use an online payment gateway to achieve the same thing?Page URL: https://form.jotform.com/203400453548146 -

You can switch to a different payment gateway this way:
If you want to replace the Purchase order in the same form then you must take a backup of the submissions as switching to the payment gateway will delete the existing submissions.
Let us know if you have further questions.
Thanks.

Great that worked just fine.
Now I am having an issue with the link that is provided in the email. It just opens a new tab but doesn't start the download. -

I tried downloading the link and it downloaded successfully:
Were you logged in to your JotForm account?
Could you please login to your account and then try to download the files.
This is due to the privacy settings enabled in your account that you cannot download fiels without being logged in to your account:

Thanks.

No, it was from a few tests we ran. Using Gmail it worked just fine but in Thunderbird, Yahoo, and Outlook, it would only work if you right-clicked or opened in a new tab.

We recommend you to check the settings for the attachments in those email clients where it only works when you right-click on the attachment.
Let us know if you have further questions.
Thanks.
