Hi! Please reset in my account SSL counter to zero, but I don't used this submission.

I have reset your SSL counter to five please, but please note that this can only be done once. To avoid this from reoccurring please disable SSL submissions to the normal submissions, just change the https:// prefix in the JotForm URL found in your embed code into http:// (without the "s").
